WHO WE ARE

Mill Point Properties is a holding company based in Hillsdale Michigan operating out of offices in the historic Mill Point Building. Organized under the umbrella of Mill Point Properties in 2017 the oldest of the subsidiary companies dates to 1964.

Our hospitality division develops owns and operates RV parks on the eastern seaboard. We currently manage over four hundred sites in the state of Rhode Island and have been responsible for the management and ground up development of the newest RV Resort in the state.

During our time developing and operating parks our customers need of onsite service for their RVs became apparent. Open Road RV Repair was founded to fill this market gap and offers onsite repair services by skilled technicians. Open Road has currently expanded its services to four states and is continuing to expand in the North East and Florida. Open Road has integrated cloud-based communications, scheduling and accounting systems. This allows the Open Road central office in Hillsdale Michigan to maintain a parts supply chain, dispatch, offer in-house technical support and coordinate with our remote technicians from Florida to Massachusetts.

Mill Point’s property management division leans on our companies experience in asset acquisition, development and customer service. Mill Point has steadily acquired a portfolio of commercial properties in Southern Michigan including Multi-Family residential, single family residential and commercial. Mill Point owns, manages and maintains all properties in house.
